For every friend you refer to Young Smiles, you and said friend will receive a $20 gift card when they complete their first appointment with us. You can refer as many friends as you would like, as there is not a limit on referrals. Terms and Conditions:
- The referral cannot be an existing patient in our office.
- Family members of existing patients or people living in the same household of existing patients do not qualify for the Refer a Friend program.
- The referral must schedule their appointment directly with Young Smiles.
- The referral must mention your name when they are registering.
- Once the referral completes their first qualifying exam appointment, you will be able to obtain the $20 gift card.
- The $20 gift card is nontransferable.
